How do I find products on the website?

Use the search function by entering an item number, model name or product description, or use the filter options in the appropriate product category.

Where can I find drawings and technical information?

The technical sketches can be found on the individual product pages. In addition, many articles include a download function with a PDF file for installation instructions and technical details.

A 2D or 3D drawing is available on request

Why am I being asked to save cookies?

How do I log in to the shop?

Click on my account at the top right to log in with your username and password.

How do I register?

If you are a new customer, you can register at the top right via the my account button.

Where can I see my personal information and can I change it?

Clicking on my account you can view your order history, change saved addresses and change your personal information, such as your email address or password.

I could not find my article what can I do?

If you cannot find the item you are looking for in our online range using the item number, product name or filter function, please contact us directly.

Can I also shop as a private individual?

No, our offer is exclusively aimed at business to business.

Where can I find information about data protection?
Are the item images and colors in the shop binding?

No. As the color reproduction differs from screen to screen, product images, drawings or illustrations cannot be binding. The information on the product detail page and ultimately in the order confirmation therefore determines the product quality.

What if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? Link. Top right under My account. Enter your registration email address on the next page. An email with a link will then be sent to the specified address. If you follow this link, you will be taken to a secure page where you will have the option to reassign your password.

Where can I find the right glass for my product?

For a glass / mirror request you can fill in our request form. We will then send you an individual offer.

Can I buy custom tubes?

You can also have our pipes cut individually. In the product description you will always find the appropriate link to the sawn article, in which you can indicate the desired length.

Where can I find mounting instructions?

Installation instructions can be found on the Downloads tab in the respective product.
