Supported canopy
SOPHIA is a frameless canopy system from G-Fittings that is supported solely by a narrow wall profile. The combination of wall clamping profile and special glass ensures an extraordinary load-bearing capacity of up to 150 kilos per square meter for the self-supporting glass canopy.
The SOPHIA self-supporting glass canopy has a maximum projection of 130 cm. The maximum profile width is 500 cm. At this maximum width, the glass is distributed over two to three individual panes, making installation easier.
The self-supporting SOPHIA glass canopy features a unique drainage system that channels rainwater out of the side of the profile.
Optionally, you can turn your entrance area into a real eye-catcher by equipping the wall clamping profile with our LED flex strip set. This illuminates your canopy indirectly and can also serve as an orientation light without additional lights. Choose between neutral, white light or RGB with color change.
