The LEVI hydraulic corner fitting enables the quick installation of glass swing doors without the need for extensive excavation of the subfloor. Since the closing mechanism is integrated directly into the fitting housing, the system performs all the functions of a classic floor-mounted door closer while protecting the building structure and is ideal for rooms with underfloor heating. Designed for glass thicknesses of 8 to 12 mm and a maximum door weight of 100 kg, the hardware effortlessly supports structures up to 900 mm wide and 3,000 mm high. Installation of the included floor bearing requires appropriate glass processing and a floor gap of exactly 10 mm. An integrated 3-way adjustment precisely compensates for construction tolerances of ± 3.5 mm horizontally, ± 5 mm left/right, and a floor slope of ± 4° directly during installation.
The system allows the door leaf to open on both sides up to an angle of 120° and locks the glass precisely at 90° via an integrated latch. The closing speed can be adjusted separately via two valves for the ranges from 90° to 30° and from 30° to 0°, while the improved zero-position adjustment aligns the door precisely in the center. With surface options in stainless steel or black, the hardware flexibly adapts to modern interiors in medical offices, hotels, offices, or private living spaces. European certification according to EN 1154 with 500,000 tested cycles guarantees professional planners and installers long-term wear resistance in high-traffic locations. By eliminating the need for chiseling work on the floor, LEVI significantly reduces installation time on-site and offers a clean, low-maintenance swing door solution.
