The KJERSTI mirror heater is simply stuck to the back of the mirror. Fine heating wires in the foil heat the mirror to 28 °C in 3 - 5 minutes. Simply connect to the existing bathroom lighting or via a separate switch (not included). Electrical connection should only be carried out by a specialist. A transformer is not required. When switched on, the mirror is heated and remains clear. It is TÜV and type tested, has the CE mark and can be connected directly to 220 - 230V. The connecting cable is approx. 1 meter long.
Installation:
The mirror heaters are only designed for glass mirrors. Make sure that the mirror is larger than the mirror's drying panel. Remove the self-adhesive layer on the back of the mirror heater and mount it directly on the back of the mirror, whereby the formation of air bubbles or folds is not permitted. Do not mount the mirror on or near metal surfaces such as aluminum, stainless steel, etc. If you attach the mirror to the wall using adhesive, the adhesive must be applied along the edge of the mirror (minimum clearance of 40 mm between the panel and the edge of the mirror). Do not apply adhesive to the drying panel. The mirror heater must not be cut or modified. Wiring must be carried out in accordance with IEE regulations.
Note:
All electrical connections must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
