Hygienic protective screen with post HELGA
The hygienic protective screen is made of 6.38 mm laminated safety glass (LSG) and is scratch-resistant, shatter-proof, impact-resistant and crystal-clear. An integrated pass-through enables direct customer contact while providing a high level of protection. The pane is attached with the mobile hygiene protection post HELGA, which is screwed firmly to the counter or counter.
In contrast to acrylic glass, glass is resistant to common disinfectants such as 62-71% ethanol or 0.1% sodium hypochlorite. This means that the protective screen remains permanently hygienic and stable, even with frequent cleaning.
Only glass protects effectively
Effective disinfection against Covid-19 is only possible on glass. Transparent plastics such as acrylic glass cannot withstand treatment with substances that are effective against the Covid-19 virus. Disinfection with the agents 62-71% ethanol and 0.1% sodium hypochlorite, which are suitable for combating the Covid-19 virus, damages these plastics. Cracks appear, which means that the minimum hygiene standards can no longer be met.
