Cantilevered glass canopy FARINA
FARINA is a self-supporting canopy made of glass that does not require any disruptive tie rods. The load is absorbed entirely by the wall connection profile, which creates a minimalist look on the façade. Thanks to the modular design, even wide glass fronts can be realized by mounting several profiles in a row.
The canopy is designed for high loads of up to 9.81 kN/m². Different projections are possible depending on the selected glass thickness. With 17.52 mm thick glass, the maximum projection is 1300 mm. For larger canopies with a depth of up to 1600 mm, glass with a thickness of 21.52 mm or 25.52 mm is used. A major technical advantage: no edge cut-outs are required for the glass, which simplifies planning and ordering.
Installation is carried out using a clamping profile with concealed screws. Once the glass pane has been aligned, aluminum cover caps are fitted using "snap-fit" so that no screw heads remain visible. The system can optionally be fitted with LED lighting, with the cable routing discreetly concealed in the profile.
