The CLARITA drop-down seal is used to retrofit glass doors to seal them against draughts, dust and noise. As the profile is fitted with a high-quality double-sided adhesive tape, it can be installed directly on the glass without the need for drilling holes or cut-outs. When the door is closed, a flexibly mounted metal push button rests on the frame and lowers the sealing lip evenly. The system works mechanically and independently compensates for uneven floors thanks to the flexible bearing.
The profile is available in various standard lengths from 740 mm to 1100 mm. A major advantage when installing on site is that it can be shortened: each rail can be shortened by up to 125 mm to exactly match the width of the door leaf. The stroke is easily adjusted using a 3 mm Allen key on the push button.
