No. As the color reproduction differs from screen to screen, product images, drawings or illustrations cannot be binding. The information on the product detail page and ultimately in the order confirmation therefore determines the product quality.
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? link. Top right under My Account. Enter your registration email address on the next page. An email with a link will then be sent to the specified address. If you follow this link, you will be taken to a secure page where you will have the option to reassign your password.
For a glass / mirror request you can fill in our request form We will then send you an individual offer.
You can also have our pipes cut individually. In the product description you will always find the appropriate link to the sawn article, in which you can indicate the desired length.

Search for your desired products and place them in the shopping cart. Once you have put together your shopping cart, click on Checkout. The following steps include an overview of the shopping cart, entering or checking the billing and delivery address, and setting the shipping and payment method. All information is clearly presented to you. Confirm the conditions and submit your order by clicking on Order with payment obligation.
You will then receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail in which all details are stated again.

After we have received and verified your return, we will start the transfer.
We strive to deliver only flawless goods to our customers. If you still have a complaint about a delivery, we ask you to fill in the return form completely and send it to us. Our employees will then contact you.

No, because the delivery and shipping costs depend on the country of delivery, the volume of the order and the nature of the products. However, we ship for free within Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Belgium under certain circumstances. Details are to be found in our shipping details.

Yes. You can also pick up your goods yourself by appointment.
Packages are delivered to you quickly and safely via UPS. Delivery will be made from the warehouse to the delivery address specified by you, usually within 2-3 days. We deliver large quantities of goods via Mainfreight.
