Made-to-measure glass refers to individually tailored glass that is manufactured precisely according to the customer's specific requirements and wishes. It enables customized solutions for a wide range of applications, from decorative elements to safety-relevant constructions. Customers can choose the type of glass, glass thickness, surface finish and exact dimensions to obtain the perfect glass product for their project.

LSG (Laminated Safety Glass):

• Safety: LSG consists of two or more panes of glass that are connected by a tear-resistant, elastic film. In the event of breakage, the pieces of glass remain attached to the film, minimizing the risk of injury.
• Sound insulation: Thanks to the additional film, laminated safety glass offers better sound insulation than conventional glass.
• Burglary protection: The sturdy construction of laminated safety glass makes it difficult to break in during burglary attempts.

TSG (Toughened Safety Glass):

• Robustness: TSG is produced using a special heat treatment process that increases the surface tension and makes the glass sheet more resistant to mechanical stress.
• Safety behavior: In the event of breakage, TSG disintegrates into small, blunt pieces that significantly reduce the risk of injury.
• Thermal resistance: TSG can withstand high temperature differences and is therefore ideal for areas exposed to extreme heat or cold.

• TSG (toughened safety glass): Robust and thermally resistant, ideal for security applications.
• LSG (laminated safety glass): Provides increased safety and sound insulation thanks to a tear-resistant film between the glass panes.
• LSG made of TSG: Combination of the advantages of TSG and LSG, for maximum safety and robustness.
• TSG made of float glass: standard laminated safety glass with excellent optical properties.
• LSG made of PTG (partially toughened glass): Provides a combination of strength and flexibility, ideal for applications that require additional load-bearing capacity.

Our glass configurator allows you to design your customized glass easily and intuitively in just a few steps:

1. Select glass type: Choose between toughened safety glass, laminated safety glass made of toughened safety glass, laminated safety glass made of float glass or laminated safety glass made of PTG glass.
2. Select glass thickness: Decide on the desired glass thickness (4 - 12 mm).
3. Select surface: Select the desired surface finish, e.g. clear, frosted or satin.
4. Specify dimensions: Enter the exact dimensions of your glass. The weight and surface area are calculated automatically.
5. Specify drill holes and cut-outs: Add special drill holes and cut-outs. You can also upload a sketch to clarify your requirements.
6. Configure corners: Specify the shape of the corners, e.g. rounded or chamfered.
7. Choose extras: Add additional finishes such as CristalCare glass finishing.
8. Submit your order: Check your configuration and submit your order.
